If you're in the area to visit university, this budget property's location is hard to beat. the parking lot is a definite plus in a city where it can be hard to find a spot. While the front desk staff may not be available all the time, they're quick to respond when called.
Sadly, the rattling balcony door and busy road make a good night's sleep more difficult than it should be.

This hotel is located right next to a university, which is great if you have any business there. the hotel has its own parking lot, making it easy to come and go without having to worry about finding a place to park. During my stay over Christmas, I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere created by the decorations around the hotel.
The sliding door to the balcony did not provide any noise insulation, which made it difficult to sleep through the night due to traffic noise. The bed was also a bit too hard for my liking.

Convenient location near Chiang Mai University, great for campus appointments. Own parking lot provided, a rare find in such a central area.

Spent my Christmas holidays at this cozy hostel near a popular university! Loved the convenience of having my own parking lot in such a busy location. Plus, it was super easy to get to my appointments on campus bright and early. the surrounding area was also fantastic for exploring local shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the hotel, it has a convenient location close to a university campus. The parking lot on the premises was a big plus for us. Despite being close to the university, we noticed no negative impact on cleanliness and hotel facilities. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel had no negative aspects to speak of.
